GROWTH and SCALE include one standard custom domain, subject to availability, with renewal while the annual plan is active. GROWTH includes up to 100 business email accounts and SCALE up to 500. START includes neither. Premium, aftermarket, reserved, unusually expensive and already-owned domains are excluded. Email is subject to provider, anti-spam and fair-use policies, not unlimited bulk sending.
Yes. All plans include client editing access for normal text and image updates. START includes basic/self-service support, GROWTH standard technical support and SCALE priority technical support. Staff-managed content edits are not included; content work is a paid service.
